On April 17, the tour desk at Hilton hotel moved to a new location. New tour desk is located next to Starbucks Coffee at Ali’i tower plaza.

As of February 02, 2012, a new section dedicated to quotation and arrangement has started. This section facilitates speedy and accurate response to our business partners in Japan by directly communicating with them. In addition to responding to inquiries from Japan side, the section also acts as the sales force in developing new markets.

Temporary tour desks will be set up at Sheraton Waikiki and Hilton Hawaiian Village for the ACTELION group from March 21 through March 27, 2012. At the tour desks, tour coordinators will provide the ACTELION group with dedicated services to make sure all members of the group have an enjoyable experience in Hawaii.
